Parker Transair Quick Connection Piping Fittings
The lightweight components and quick-connect interlocking design allow for easy and immediate layout modifications with zero need to thread, solder, or glue pipe. Labor accounts for only 20% of installation costs, compared to the 50-80% of such costs associated with traditional steel or black iron piping. While traditional products often corrode and degrade over time, Transair aluminum piping consistently provides clean, quality air though its leak-free, corrosion-resistant design, ensuring longevity of the equipment.
Available in ½" to 6",Transairsignificantly reduces plant energy costs by increasing efficiency, reducing pressure drops, and eliminating leaks. And itintegrates into existing copper and steel piping systems without compromising performance, making it perfect for upgrades or expansion products.

New Transair® drilling jig. Parker has developed a new design to replace the two previous drilling jigs and to simplify the drilling of aluminium pipes. Thanks to it’s reusable mechanical connection technology Transair is the only pipe distribution system for water that is able to quickly install and adapt. Transair’s stainless steel pipes have been specially designed for the creation of primary and secondary networks for industrial chilled water applications. Chilled water systems are used to cool air or water. The connection is simply screwed together, which enables disassembly when required, unlike other connection technologies which are permanently crimped or welded.
Advantages of Stainless Steel Fittings:
The use of stainless steel has many advantages. Stainless steel provides excellent resistance to corrosion, fire, thermal variation, mechanical shocks and ultraviolet rays; is easy to clean; requires low maintenance; and has a lower total cost of ownership. Even though stainless steel may require a higher initial cost than other metals, maintenance and replacement costs are lower than those of other metals.
Stainless Steel Pipe:
The innovative technology of Transair enables rapid and easy assembly: quick connection of components to the pipe. This technology takes into account the specific requirements of each diameter and provides the user with an optimum safety coefficient and easy connection. Transair provides a fast, easy, clean and reliable means for installing 42 mm (1 ½”), 60 mm (2 1/4″), 76 mm (3”) and 100 mm (4 ”) stainless piping systems.
